By signing this petition you are acknowledging that New York Avenue Elementary School has  consistently failed to provide and maintain a safe learning environment for our children. Our children have been bullied, attacked, harassed, and neglected without proper action being taken on their behalf. THE CALL FOR ACTION: 1) For New York Avenue Elementary School to revise and enforce the Anti-Bullying policy. 2) Stricter disciplinary action for teachers and staff who fail to protect or ensure our children's safety.
