This petition is to gather enough signatures from unsatisfied PNY customers who were suckered into buying products that should be warranted by the manufacturer PNY and were denied warranty service. Also this includes those who sent in rebate form and PNY denied the rebates. A classaction lawsuit is required to bring this giant to its knees so it will honor rebates and warranties promised to customers. Customers are required to register at their website to receive warranty within 90 days of purchase on some products. Other products they offer lifetime warranty. If a customer does not have access to the internet to register within the 90 day period they are denied warranty service even when they have a valid receipt. PNY's practices encourages irate customer dissatisfaction at high cost to the consumer. PNY's practices steals money from the consumer. PNY's practices will give consumers high blood pressure and other health related issues when trying to obtain service from PNY. Together we can stop this Giant.
