Xyience, Incorporated is a Las Vegas supplement and energy drink company famous for sponsoring the Ultimate Fighting Championships (UFC) and many prominent fighters within that MMA league. The company has a history of corruption beginning with the founder Russell Pike stealing the model for the company from John Scott's Nitro, which also was a one-time UFC sponsor. Fertitta Enterprises, owned by the same Fertitta family that owns the majority of the UFC, purchased the company out of a bankruptcy they inspired by providing a bridge loan to keep their sponsor alive that they used to execute a hostile takeover. The Fertittas, who regularly appear on the Forbes 500 list, burned more than 380 shareholders in the company. Many of these innocent investors never recovered, and the Fertittas have since made millions from running the company they stole from these honest people who believed the Fertitta loan was supposed to help keep the company alive. College funds, nest eggs, and retirement accounts have been wiped out for some of these folks, all thanks to the selfish and greedy actions of the Fertittas to hijack this company. Please visit www.xyiencesucks.com to learn the full history of this shady operation and pledge to boycott Xyience and Xenergy products by signing this petition. Our goal is to generate at least 10 million online signatures and send the Fertittas a message that you can't get away with corporate fraud without facing serious consequences.
