Im signing this petition because as a child, Floyd County let me down as well. My biological Mother was jailed multiple times for child abuse. Everytime we would end up in The Open Door Home instead of my Father who fought for us for 8 yrs!!!! My brother & I were put on the witness stand to testify against our mother only to get sent home with her. She beat us black and blue and we ended up yet again The Open Door home. Floyd County needs to wake up.
