An inmate at Sterling Correctional Facility was accused of being defiant while having an epileptic seizure. He has ahistory of this and hadjust got 5 stitches from a previous episode. A guard slammed his head into the cement because he would not stop his seizure (which is medically impossible). The footage was "lost" and the inmate is now confined to a wheelchair because he cannot walk. Due to head trauma he now has vertigo and is undergoing physical therapy in hopes to regain normal functioning of his body.
