Jill Edery is one of the kindest, most compassionate, caring people I have ever had good fortune to know. To fire her from her job of teaching in such a heinous way is not only cruel and uncalled for, it is a disservice to the students she teaches. Praying for a positive outcome, Jill, and hoping this is a nightmare you can wake up from soon. Sending you and the family all my love.

I think it is a true disservice to the children at your school to remove the teachers, including Miss Jill. Furthermore, she has been a loyal educator, dedicated to shaping the minds of our youth. I feel that your treatment of Miss Jill will tarnish the schools legacy, and erase any credibility. How can we expect our children to strive and do good, when this is the reward you give for hard work?

My heart is hurting for Ms Jill. I’ve had many great conversations with her while my child Katia attended Kilohana for 2 years. She’s a very kind lady and it’s very evident how much she cares about our kids. I felt very safe leaving my kids with her. I was planning to send my youngest to Kilohana this aug but pulled him out at the last minute due to so many changes and inconsistencies. I’m blown away how the staff got treated by new personnel. I fully support this petition and hope something good will come out of it. Stay strong, Ms Jill. We stand by you.

Both of my children went to kilohana from 2016-2018. Ms. Jill was an AMAZING teacher for both of our boys. We choose Kilohana having heard of her experience and how great of a teacher she was. She always spent time with my children expanding their minds and playing memory games. I used to send parents wth youngs ones to kilohana but after hearing of how Ms. Jill was treated (and others) this summer I let friends know that kilohana is no longer what it once was :(
Ms. Jill we know how amazing you are and Thank you for all you have done for our children. Shame on them.

Great teachers make lifelong lasting impact on some children, they are invaluable in our communities. They should be revered and respected not shut out and left behind. Make this right please.

I believe we need the best of people who actually want to be around children indeed raising our children. School is no business, it's life for young ones. May we find some more respect for those people, that our world may become brighter and more intelligent.

My siblings and I were so lucky to have Ms. Jill as our preschool teacher! Thank you for all that you do and I hope others will be as lucky to send their kids to such a wonderful teacher.

My older son went to this school and we’d happily sign up our second. But after hearing all the teachers were getting fired we switched to a different school.

Jill Edery is the kindest and most loving person I know. What is happening to Miss Jill is an outrage and will only rob those kid’s of love and a higher education!

Shame on you Kilohana for unfair dismissal after 27 years of service. If this is how you treat a well respected and beloved, long term staff memeber, than you've just destroyed trust and respect in a loving environment.

This is 100% wrong to have Jill Edery fired at all and in such a henous way. This is my childhood friends mother. We lived in the same neighborhood most of our lives. On some special occassions we might see each other out as families do on Mother's day or Father's day, family times for lunch or brunch being amongst each other in community. It it very much a cold mistake to have fired Jill Edery. I would like to share what I shared with one of her children the other day when I 1st learned of this absurd punishment, embarassement rude disrespect for a woman who has given selflessly to a school associated with any place of worship, especially. The tonality is unwarranted. She deserves public appology her job back or a promotion and a raise. The woman who initiated this is new to the education dept. She has no class, no respect, and no reason to do this to any teacher who has not commited any act to warrant this type of abuse. It is abuse of power and disregard for this good natured public servant.
Justice and respect for Ms.Jill
