First let me say that I’ve known Mark for over 20 years and he has been nothing but a gentleman and a gentle soul. Yes, he got mixed up in something he should not have but he has now more than paid his price for it. As an ordinary citizen I certainly would feel safe having Marke released back into society, certainly a lot safer than wondering what could happen to me walking down the street (which I won’t do anymore) or walking across a parking lot. He is a non-violent, first-time offender. There are murderers and rapists walking around us every day all the time who haven’t paid half the price that Mark has. Mark would certainly be an asset to the community and provide a huge assistance to his mother. His attorney was totally irresponsible and I hope our government would please see clear to make this wrong right after all this time. Thank you.

It certainly appears that Mark's sentence far exceeds his crime; he has more than served his time for his mistake. It's time for him to be released.

Yes violent criminals are allowed to walk the streets free to hurt and kill again with little time served. Its unbelievably cruel. He needs to come home.

I think enough time has been served. The prisons let worse people out who have done worse crimes. Let Mark go. Look at the public officials that have done worse that are still walking free. Release this poor Man to his family

Mark has served more then his time ! To keep him behind bars any longer is unjust and a crime in itself!
