The court system always makes an example out of the wrong crimes that is why there are too many criminal offenders in the streets getting away with murder.

Mark's sentence was disproportionate to the crime committed. His own lawyer keep vital plea information from Mark. He should be released ASAP!!!

My an X convict. I served thirty years in a state prison. My time was justified. I don't believe Marks is. The one thing I know is is criminals. I met maybe three guys in prison i knew for a fact did not belong there even though they were guilty of there crime. Mark does "NOT" belong in prison for thirty years! They tried to bully him into turning states evidence. Let me say something about that because the same thing happened to me. They want you to turn stating mostly the facts that they lay forth in a manner they compile. In the end you are not just stating facts, you are lying for the state. They got pissed because so many guys were not convicted and all they are interested in isn't justice but in a conviction rating! It's not about justice, it's about "just the way they want it' to fill there record with convictions. Mark may be guilty for his part, but no way for a thirty year sentence!! i know criminals and he isn't one!!
