Sounds like his attorney and others had it in for him. I think he should get a Presidential Pardon.

Some attorney's just don't give a shit - they should be gagged - bound - a heavey chain wrapped around their neck's with an anvil at the other end - then the anvil should be pushed over the edge of the pier into the water
