First and foremost Robby, it's "One Star." Ouch! What a snappy, uninformed, adolescent reply. Not surprising at all. To answer the latter portion of your pleasant comment, of course I remember you Robert. How I could forget Bobby, the faux tough guy. BREAKING NEWS: This is a public forum for the behest of Mark. Just as you can keep deleting. I can keep posting at any time on his behalf. Understand? Though not your fault. Nor the immediate family for believing, let's just call it what it is, a slightly less than accurate presentation. And I fully understand the manner in which it was presented to you, and family. However, again, it wasn't and isn't as accurate as you've been led to believe by any means.. There are quite a few people, including Mark and even a couple of people viewed in pictures posted on Mark's site that know the facts. Too bad you and the family don't. That's not to discount for a second, the horrendously outrageous sentence Mark was unfairly given. That said, you can continue deleting and making mildly amusing, grammar school comments, coupled with a subtle threat of no consequence whatsoever. I'll not only continue to post here. I'll start my own petition site for Mark. I believe there should be several, I'll also continue to write, as I've done over the years, the state and in particular, the DOJ in hopes of Mark's release from this totally unfair, draconian sentence. I sincerely thought Mark would be on the most recent Presidential pardon list. In any event, thank you for your brief, kind, intellectual response. Good to hear from you. And kindly give my warm regards to Uncle Rich. I truly miss him as well as Mark. Have a blessed day

This is so ridiculous. I can hardly make a comment. So people who kill people get a shorter sentence. Give me a break. Got bless you. Amen

Murderers get less of a sentence. Let my uncle/godfather right his wrongs

Mark is a good man who made a mistake. He has served more than enough time for this mistake. Please release him so he can return to his famiy and start anew.

I thought we were trying to decrease the prison population by early releases for cases just like Mark's. It sounds like this poor guy is spending years of his life paying for poor counsel. Just doesn't sound like our justice system--we aim to be better. This man has been punished more than enough. Give him a break--please.
