I think if done safely, these kids deserve a graduation and celebration of all their hard work. :)

These kids deserve some recognition, and this is absolutely possible!

There needs to be a solution other than virtual graduation. These students have spent years focusing on their education so they could walk across the stage with their class like everyone else. It is single handedly the most important moment of your high school life, and it is a memory that will stick with you. Even though the state of the world right now is uncertain and complex, virtual graduation is honestly a slap in the face to all of these hardworking and intelligent students. My cousin watched me walk across that stage and get my diplomat, and I believe that we should all get the option to support our loved ones as well. They more than deserve to walk across that stage and look out at all the teachers and parents that have made all of this possible for them. There are a lot of other solutions out there as to what can be done, but I personally believe that virtual graduation should be a measure of absolute last resort. We should explore the other options and give these students the graduation that they all deserve.

Please help these students to celebrate the great accomplishment of their high school career and all the hard work they put in!

Be creative and you will find a solution to make this happen for the students who worked hard the last 4 years for this day. One last harrah together before they go their separate ways.

Please let our seniors have the graduation they deserve. The accommodations suggested are reasonable and attainable. Tanglewood has more than enough space for everyone to be six feet apart.

I think reasonable accommodations could be made. Please consider this! - from a 1986 grad

Please let my niece celebrate her hard work and experience this right of passage.

This is insane!! Its not like there are going to be an overwhelming number of kids graduating, not having a real in-person graduation is just wrong and a complete slap in the face for all of the years of hard work these kids have put into completing high school! There are so many other great safety ideas that would work much better then just giving up and having a virtual graduation.

They deserve this!

In addition, if they are concerned that students entering the military would miss a July ceremony, I believe that different branches of the military are actually delaying boot camp so those students may not be effected.

DO IT FOR THE SENIORS!!
