AXS is a nightmare to deal with. trying to get tickets for two days at once is just gonna break the site again. please change this!!

Dear KCON. I've went to the 2013 and 2014 conventions and have always trusted you guys since then. I was so excited to go to KCON 2016 because I have four bias groups in the lineup. But when it came to buying tickets, it became a nightmare. Firstly, I was not notified of some "service fee" when the ticket prices were announced. That's kind of unfair. Secondly, I've been in the waiting room since 9:30 a.m. and it is now 1:25 p.m. I did NOT manage to get any of the tickets despite having refreshed a thousand times. In addition, I called 50 times and got no response whatsoever. Given the headache I had to go through for hours on end just to get tickets, I'm starting to lose my trust in you guys. Everything went so much smoother with Ticketmaster. It was just embarrassing to see that my friends had gotten tickets while I didn't, even if they didn't use the waiting room. If this persists, I can't see myself ever going to KCON ever again, and neither will other people too.
