My Husband, Moaj Ali Kandhro and I have been in relationship from June 2012 and we married in February 2013. We have a 4 month old baby boy, and two kids, Cayden Martin (age 5) and Claire Martin (age 12) old who has been facing Autistic learning difficulties; however, once Moaj came in our lives, our lives have been unimaginably changes for the better.

My husband was unjustly torn away from our family, the family we built so lovingly together on Friday, 21st March 2014.He was taken away from us by UKBA forces and was not even given the option to call me at the time of his initial detainment. I think this type ofdisappearanceis unjust and violates my rights as a citizen of this country. However, I do understand that every country has its laws and that its citizens need to abide by those laws. As such, we have submitted the following immigration paperwork/application for (Leave to Remain) including fees amounting to £578. Our recent application was sent to the Home Office with a fee of £578 in March 2014. This paperwork was pending at the time of his detainment, thereby making his detainment unprecedented.I cannot live without my husband by my side and I cannot imagine a life without him. We have a 4 month old son, Hassan, together. We also have a 5 year old, Cayden, and a 12 year old, Claire. I simply cannot bear raising our children withouttheirfather, a kind, andmorally upright male influence in their lives. Moaj is a man who goes beyond the call of duty for our family. He wakes every morning and readies our children for school, he helps me with all thehousework and makes all our meals. He does thehomework with the kids each night. He watches after them when I work. Without him, Ijust do not see how we can cope.

Being a citizen of the United Kingdom we have right to live a better life with whom we love.Breaking our precious family is against our human rights. My children are very upset and all of us are suffering andplummetinginto a downward abyss of depression; they are devastated to have their father wrenched out of our lives.

We are begging the Authorities to let us live together. As citizens of this country, we beseech you to release our beloved Moaj on humanitarian grounds. please help us, please do not let my kids to live their lives without father, please we deserve for this, only public can help, a innocent mother of three children asking for help. please

Sincerely,

Kirsty Martin

Claire Martin (Age 12)
