I would still file a claim/complaint in court with this company. They knew what they were doing. I would call the Better Business Bureau under the auto warranty concerns www.bbb.org. Fox 2 new Hall of Sham

I'm a personal witness driving the vehicle was difficult in the rain because it needs tire work Done shocksx ball joints, axle the back shocks wasn't in good condition because riding over bumps the car sounded like it was something inside the trunk....
