Centralized government making decisions for everyone is NOT what NH needs. LOCAL education requires LOCAL control and decisons. History has proven over and over again that a smaller government is what works and that big government policies don't work and just costs more. Enough of this already. PLEASE, it's time to get NH back on the right track..and the same goes for our country.

History has proven over and over again that a smaller government is what works and that big government policies don't work and just costs more. Enough of this already. PLEASE, it's time to get NH back on the right track..and the same goes for our country.

I don't understand WHY we have teachers who fear speaking against common-core! They know the federalization of our public education system is WRONG! Why do they feel threatened? Who is threatening them? This is wrong .... not only for our children, but our educators too! Forget about Democrat vs Republican people ... we have globalists making these decisions!

I am meeting with my children's school next week to discuss refusing my children being able to participate in the common core practices at the school. I will go so far as making my children refuse to go their school work so that they don't have to be subjected to what the has been deemed "appropriated" by someone that doesn't that doesn't matter. My third grade son doesn't even know what it means to be a citizen in the U.S.! And the way they are forced to do long division takes five times longer than it should and removes all common sense out of the educational system. We want our children to be prepared for the future and yet we are only slowing down the ability to reach their potential. Plain and simple Common Core needs to go away!

My daughter is a special needs child and in the first grade very smart can read and do math. Her teacher knows that common core does not work for her.please go back to the way it was.
