Create a safe space for the many talented Spinners in East London to participate in the sport they are so passionate about..... It also affords the many spectators an opportunity to appreciate their talent in a safer environment..... Then the Spinners won't be vilified for spanning in suburban streets..... Skateboarders and BMX riders from the 80s were in a similar predicament then......NOW they're both Olympic Codes.
