In these days of doom and gloom don't you think the nation needs a "pick me up". And what better way than bringing back Laurel and Hardy to our TV screens so as the younger generation can laugh and enjoy their unique sense of humour just like I did during the 1980s.

My 10 year old son has enjoyed the comic genius of L&H for many years as I have the DVDs. Mainstream TV broadcasts would help a new generation enjoy them who would otherwise be unaware.
