Please show Laurel and Hardy on mainstream TV again so the next generation can enjoy them.

I am now 67 years old. I grew up loving the films of Laurel and Hardy. I now own just about all of their talkies on DVD. They are far better than ANY other team in history, and I enjoy many of those as well. I hope they are not lost to future generations. It's a lot harder to make people laugh with clean comedy rather than the ubiquitous filth now doled out.

Many people my age (26) and younger have never heard of laurel and hardy. It is so sad that a whole generation is missing out on the greatest comedians ever known :(

Some of my best childhood memories are made up of watching and laughing out loud, Laurel & Hardy, with my old Grandad on TV. No age limit required. Just a relaxing good old fashioned slapstick laugh. Would be excellent if brought back to TV.

Laurel And Hardy are a comfort and an institution to everyone who enjoy them, and especially to those of us who suffer from chronic illness and the isolation that can often be a side effect of that..For two people who are gone, and only live on in the films they left behind, watching them gives me the closest feeling of companionship that a person can get, second only to, and often comparable to the best of live human company. I love many other film stars, but none have that same level of indescribable comfort, or that feeling of companionship that Laurel And Hardy can give me. And even though so many of us have never even met them, I think I speak for all of us.
