used to watch them every saturday morning as a kid, Pure classic comedy that has inspired so many entertainers. It would be criminal not to show them again

We don't see enough early comedy cinema on TV. Please, TV execs, educate our younger generations by screening Laurel & Hardy's legendary pictures, along with those of Buster Keaton, Charlie Chaplin, Harold Lloyd, WC Fields, Marx Bros and the like. TV was responsible for introducing me to L&H when I was a kid - I only wish they'd do the same for today's young people.

My young nephews love Laurel and Hardy and will sit for hours laughing at them. How many modern comediens do you think will still make people laugh 100 years on? Bring them back to TV and let everyone enjoy clean honest comedy

Children should of course know about the great art, literature, music and drama of the past. This includes the great comedy genius of L&H. Otherwise, how do the young artists of today learn their own skills??
