Please show Laurel and Hardy on mainstream TV again so the next generation can enjoy them.

We really need to have Laurel & Hardy back on the BBC. I'm not sure what has changed exactly as the BBC used to always have the licence to show L&H films many years ago. It seems now they have to gets the rights from elsewhere (abroad perhaps) which costs them too much money. Such a shame but I really hope the BBC manages to get the rights back and show them all, especially now every Saturday morning BBC Two has a dedicated slot for the old movies. Showing back to back L&H in this slot would be absolutely amazing!

Rather like the oldest (and best) Tom & Jerry cartoons, the kids of today would LOVE Stan and Ollie!

These two are the best comedy duo the world has ever seen. It's a shame the younger generation tend to turn over if they see something in B/W.

I would love to see them on our tv again,Mainly for the kids that have never heard of them...I saw them live in the "Edinburgh Empire"in about 1952 when i was aged 7. I also got to go backstage and shake both their hands..It was magical and was a night i will never forget.lol.

Please get these two Comedy Geniuses Back on main stream Television so that today's generation can enjoy the fun and laughter that I had when I was a lad watching Stan Laurel And Oliver Hardy on television. Since we have moved in to the 21st Century these two Giants have been left behind. Let's Not forget them. Let's Bring Their Memory Forward and Celebrate The Fun We All had by being Glued to our Television Sets

Laurel and Hardy should definitely be shown on television again. They are one of the only comedy teams that are still as fresh and funny today as the day they were filmed. You just can't find good wholesome honest to God comedy (not to mention clean) today. The comedy actors and actresses of today could really take a lesson from one of the greatest comedy teams of all time. Namely Laurel and Hardy.
