No generation should be without the knowledge or enjoyment of the cornerstones of all good comedy. Stan and Ollie are 20th century Giants and an essential part of our heritage and culture nothing on modern TV equates to their inventiveness humour or humanity - put them back on TV

Laurel and Hardy films on the telly is one of the best memories I've had of my childhood. The interaction and 'simple' humor of these two has never been successfully copied since the old Laurel and Hardy days.

The new generation should not be deprived of seeing true comedy classics because they are in black and white. Old is gold!
