Have been a fan for 50 years and it's awful to think future generations could miss out on Stan and Ollie. There is too much hurt in the world and the world needs Laughter now.

By far the best and most funny double act of the century, I own all their films and love the guys to death and split my sides laughing every time i watch them...Stan Laurel was from my parts at Bishop Auckland and they are both a inspiration to humour and comedy

I have recently become a father & although my son is only a toddler I very much look forward to laughing out loud with him as we watch Laurel & Hardy films together.
I watched as many of the shorts as I could when they were last shown on BBC & it would be wonderful to see these films back on the BBC for the younger generation too.

Get my distant cousin and Mr. Hardy back on TV so the next generations to appreciate what we already know and love.
