We absolutely cannot have another full liquor licensed establishment in our small, uninsulated, over 100 year old residential building!! Our building is simply not equipped or built to handle both the noise and security implications that this establishment would bring !!! This would have a direct impact on the lives of us tenants living in the building. Please don't allow this to happen.

There is no place for two liquor licensed venues in a residential building. More importantly, having two entrances, including one in the same entrance as the tenants, is a security concern. Any patron or Prime 135 employee could gain access. It is unclear if Prime 135 has access to the building, what security measures will be taken, and what will be done to ensure that there is no noise disturbance. The building management has also not notified the tenants of this merchant's exact plans and quality assurances.

There is absolutely no need for another full liquor licenses in this residential building. The building is old and lacks sound proofing. The residents would be extremely impacted with this establishment. Please deny this establishment a full liquor license so the residents can live in peace.

Absolutely not! We do not need another establishment with full liquor license in our apartment building. We desperately need peace and quiet in our neighborhood. Please protect our quality of life!

We cannot have a second full-liquor establishment on the 1st floor of our old residential building. we already have a small jazz club in the basement whose application i supported

Operator must be insane to think he'll get a liquor license. Even without booze, a ground-floor restaurant would be too noisy for this building and block.
