On December 10, 2013 it will be the 60th anniversary of Flippo the Clown's first appearance on WBNS-TV in make-up for the "Tip Top Bandwagon" show. I think Channel 10 should honor his memory by playing Frank Cromer's 92 minute documentary (made with Bob Marvin) called "TV CLOWN: the True Story of Flippo, King of Clowns" on December 10. 2013.
He always made us laugh and served his community with a HUGE heart and we should remember this fine man who made children and adults HAPPY!
