The growth of this petition has shifted our position for upcoming meetings with legal counsel. We are now finalizing a formal proposal for the Childrens Aid Society to address my residency status directly.

Let him stay. CAS has a duty to protect kids regardless of paperwork. Dont send him back to that.
This is just heartbreaking. No kid should be forced back into an abusive situation. Ontario needs to do the right thing and let this person stay where they are safe.

PLEASE keep this child safe. Canada is his home now.
Let him stay. CAS has a duty to protect kids regardless of paperwork. Dont send him back to that.
