I have a 7 year old girl that will be attending Middle School in Morrisville in about 5 years. I much prefer her to attend Mills Park Middle.

Please consider Mills Park Middle School for Morrisville residents. It does not make sense to send our children to West Cary when Mills Park Middle School is only a few miles from the High School that they are assigned to. Why send us in opposite directions?

Please consider even bigger impacts on those homeowners who don't even have children ... ask any realtor and they will tell you that with West Cary Middle School as our base school it will greatly affect our property values. Not to mention the turmoil it brings to the families that do have children who will lose educational, extra-curricular and sports opportunities by losing Mills Park Middle School as our base school.

Please consider our children and the constant changes being made yearly that affects children and their parents. Not to mention the yearly stress we have to deal with in regards to school. The best interest for our children is stability and not constant change especially those that have children traveling long distances to get to and from school daily.

We have all experienced middle school and realize that it is one of the toughest times for a child to fit in . After making friends and getting acclimated to the school, and being forced to change the school could be determent on how the child performs . We request that you keep this very paramount factor in mind and avoid this turbulence

Mills Park is one of the closer, larger schools able to accommodate more of Morrisville's population, let alone for the Breckenridge development, here on the outskirts with no where else to go, yet we make up a 1/5 of the population of Morrisville.
