I would love Audrey to keep her job at MP. She is one of the best security guards we have here. Others have let people through without calling.

We are residents of MP and are very upset at the prospect of loosing Audrey. She is a total asset to our community-smiling face and always a kind word...she makes you feel good to come home. Please don't take this away from us.

Audrey is a security guard who does her job in a way that shows her concern for the safety and security of the residents. She is alert to potential problems; has her eye on the gates, the pedestrian entrance and handles the flow of traffic to make it easier and smoother for our guests. If I had an emergency, she’s the person I would want to be on duty- because I know that she would handle the responsibility with the correct decisions, complete responsibility and concern for me! In addition to performing her job in the best possible way, she is friendly, interested and sincerely cares for the people who live here and their guests. I urge FJC to re-consider and to make it a priority to retain Audrey. She is the kind of employee that we all wanted and expected when we purchased our home here.

Audrey is one of the best security personel at the gate we have ever had, you can not even compare her work with any other security we have had or we have at the present time.I don't know why we can not keep the good employees. You should reconsider and do your best to keep her. Let's not loos the good and responsible employees.
