We are new to MP but from the very start of our residency Audrey has been a most gracious and welcoming individual. An important aspect of any community is the attitude and behavior of its staff to residents and their guests. It is as important as the physical, curb appeal elements.
Audrey is top notch.

I hope that you will consider keeping Audrey and giving her the same compensation as you do others performing the same job. I find her very friendly & courteous. She really cares about us and goes the extra mile. I would think that that's what we would want from an employee.

Audrey does a marvelous job. Always greeting us with a friendly wave. She is alert and conscientious about her work. Iy would be a loss to MP if she was allowed to leave.

Why is there a problem with equal pay for equal work? Audrey always goes out of her way to welcome us when we return home and is definitely an asset to Meadowbrook Pointe! Many of our guests have commented that she is always so welcoming and helpful when they come through the gate!

As usual no thought has gone into this issue by our illustrious board - had someone with aby sense stopped to think this would not be an issue - if Audrey goes this community will be losing a valuable asset - she greets everyone coming and going, know most every resident by name and has a smile that's brighter than mist stars - I don't think anyone on the board has more to offer than she does - if she leaves everyone of you should be ashamed of yourselves for not standing up to what is right, and that keeping her with us at MP

If she has been discrimated against in pay it is disgraceful and exposes MP and the Board to legal recourse by Aubrey!
