We appreciate OHNY putting on great programs for us. However, the reservation process is extremely frustrating. For 2 years in a row, the website crashes on the day the reservations open. We would really like this NOT to happen next year. Also, apparently some people were able to sign up before 10 AM (when the reservations are supposed to open). If users could fill a shopping cart and pay for everything all at once, that would help greatly too.
