It's unfortunate that there has to be such a petition as this. It's a very good petition, but to think that humanity would be that callous to someone else' rights...

I agree to all points. Art theft is a serious problem on DA. And the lazyness within the admins to do something against it. Even when you file a complaint, they have a reaction time of a sleeping pill. These changes would me more than even just helpful.
