With a Dollar General 4 miles from this location, there is no need for another.
We are loosing our historic sites and structures to "new construction" for so called betterment of counties and cities.
Enough is enough.

Please don't put a dollar general here. Leave the old country store. There are already 5 in our county, we don't need another. I like the rural feel. That's why I moved here, not to have a dollar general disturb that.

When there are already 5 DGs within a 20 mile radius we do not need another one of these low end junk stores. Just look at the lot of the DG on 53 inside Jasper city limits....it is a literal junk heap. Residents should have a say in what happens to this corner lot.....it will be a huge impact upon them.
