Many years back my mum kept her horses here and it would be a shame to see it go.

What provision is going to be made for the extra traffic on an already congested route?

Irrespective of the need for more housing, do we really want every blade of grass in the city turning to bricks and mortar if such areas are being put to good community use?

A riding school in the city would be a much better use of space and link in with the cities investment of a healthier city. 30% affordable housing is not a suitable use of space and the city council should be expecting a higher % from developers.

I used to attend the riding school as a child . There aren't any other riding schools in Stanground. Stanground just won't be the same without the riding school there . Peggy fish pool gave so much pleasure to children at the riding school for which she should be reme

The area earmarked for this development is highly unsuitable. Sandwiched on both side's by busy roads. Another case of squeezing buildings in to to make a profit!! Keep the stables as a as a community venture allowing people to try something to get out in the fresh air. .

Riding schools are becoming very few and far between and people are paying a premium to learn to ride. We should be supporting this industry not getting rid of it!!!
