I was born at the old Ashford hospital, it is an historical building of which we have far too few.

Should become a listed building, too many old features have been lost in Ashford to date!

I grew up in Ashford and left in early 90's. Each time I return to visit I am shocked at how little is done to preserve the character and history of the town. Please leave this building standing. It is a part of the town.

Please save our beautiful old buildings in Ashford. Far too many have been pulled down when they could have been re-furbished and would look awesome and keep some character to the town.

We should not wipe out the History of Ashford with new builds. Understand the need for housing but please show some respect for our history

Save our hospital! My mum worked here as a nurse when I was little.

This building was paid for by donations from the public, built by local contractors and the building's foundation stone laid by the Duke of York who later became King George VI, this is absolutely part of Ashford's heritage. I urge you to leave it standing !

This is part of Ashfords History, and should stay...I remember my stay here as a small child, where they saved my life, so I'm returning the favour to try and save the Buildings life Now !!

I broadcast from here back in the 70s for AHBS. It really would be a loss for the town for the fabric of the building not to have a new life. Keep the links, developers, they are the soul of the town.

Ashford, is slowly disappearing. It is criminal the way the powers that be are getting away with this, time and again. I'm all for progress, but Please someone stop those that use their power and money taking away our heritage.
