- Im petitioning the EnviormentalCourt Animal Services criminal court division 14 in Memphis TN. In hopes judge will alow us more time to find an adopter or a rescue for our 8 month old puppy.My family was optionlist for brining him home, we just dont have the $2040 for holding + citation fees. My daughter and her friend were playing and like most young girls they have moments of excitement and screaming. Our 8 month old puppy herd our 5 year old daughter and friend and ran to see what was going on, that's when he latched on to the family friends arm thinking he was protecting our 5 year old. Our family friend did end up with stitches, but she is doing well and absolutely doesn't blame Nipsy nor does she want him destroyed.

This is a normal instinct....its a puppy and needs training. Give the dog back. I'm behind you and totally understand.
The dog was doing it’s duty of protecting the family and didn’t realize there wasn’t any danger
Please let her puppy come home to her family! I trained dogs for 15 years and have seen a lot of children who get excited and gets the dog excited too! Puppies are getting used to their teeth and don’t realize when they are excited how much force their bite can have. He is far far from a vicious dog/puppy. I also don’t understand the extremely high cost to get her dog from being put down. I’m praying that it’s not the breed you are prejudice against as I don’t see this happening to a chihuahua or a golden retriever puppy!! Please let her have her dog back to be with the only family she knows!! Please
If the family friend know it was an accident and holds no hard feelings then why should the pup pay the price have a heart and give these people there pup there family member back
A pup needs a second chance,no action taken on victims family part,no history of aggression on dog.Owners are willing to work with authorities & pay expanses but need a payment plan!?

I absolutely hate you are going through this ! That poor baby doesn't understand what he did wrong , much less why he can't be with his family ! I hate people like them . He was just doing his job !!
