Its at the end of a road, not hurting anyone but convenient for the community. Why after 7 yrs of operating legally this comes up?

Please save this establishment and location.

It is totally unfair to grant a permit to a business 7 years ago only to try and revoke it today because of envious neighbors. The Shack needs to stay, neighbors need to go!

Let's keep Dixie Joe's open and running. What harm are they causing? Great crabs

They have been open for 7years. If it was truly a issue this would have happened along time ago. Not 7 years later. Please allow them to have many more years. Thank you.

Please let this thriving small business continue its operation and the services that it provides to the community. Approval was granted by the zoning board 7 years ago so please consider grandfathering Dixie Joe’s in if zoning laws have changed.

I have been buying from them for four years. They are very well respected people in our community. And I would not buy seafood from anyone but Dixie Joes Crab Shack

The owners of Dixie and Joe's are great people and have worked very hard to make everyone around from near and far happy with selling them the best seafood around and they have worked hard to keep their business up and running as needed to be, we would all be lost without them, please keep them in business, as they deserve to continue on with the best seafood in town as was awarded to them with the Free Lance Star and all the ones who voted for them

Dixie Joe’s should be grandfathered since they had been legally operating for 7 yrs. They have been following all local ordinances during that time. This is a dispute between neighbors and the individual who started this action does not like the traffic on a county road because his dogs bark at all the traffic. In my opinion, this is a frivolous case.

The county can’t do this to people that took the approval in good faith built their business. They need to be made whole at the very least.

Please leave this established business alone we all

This local business is very well known and loved and has won multiple awards for its excellent food and service and should stay where there are and have been for years well before any complaints were filed.

Best seafood ever. Owners and staff are amazing and it's the ONLY place I will go for Crabs! Please dont let them close!!!!
