7 years is too long to have been in business to have the county come in and shut you down all because someone has an issue!!

If this was approved initially then any changes in zoning should included a grandfather clause. Dixie Joe's has been a great business for the community!

Approved and then neighbor complains and now they want to take it back. Just plain wrong. Spotsy needs more small businesses not more corporations that make the money! Support small business owners!

Small businesses are the backbone of this country. Approvals were given years ago for this business and that should stand on its own. Great folks and product.

They can’t get rid of this place. This is the number one place I go to when I want crabs. If they shut it down I’m done with eating crabs all together. #savedixiejoes

I do not live in VA but have bought seafood from them. Great company to work with and in my opinion should not be shut down. Approved 7 years ago and it should stay that way.
