My husband and I, as well as many friends love Dixie Joe's. They have been part of many a summer party that brings family and friends together at our home. It would be terrible for the community to lose them!

Dixie and Joe are staples of this community. They have donated time and materials to help the local schools with fundraisers. My two oldest boys have worked there during the summer. This would be a black eye on our community to allow politics and a disgruntled neighbor to shut down a beacon of what is truly great about our small town community. Please don’t let this happen!!!

I personally believe that we must support endeavors of small business owners, neighbors, friends, but more importantly those around us who are making an honest wage. We have gotten lost in the old community feel of supporting each other by doing things such as this! We visited your business for our first time this year; our kids, our family were blessed that day just by us purchasing crabs! We sat around a table for hours, we talked, we laughed, all while just picking some crabs; provided by YOUR company! So, my prayers to your family!

If this was originally approved it should not be legal to reverse the decision because of a complaint where the business does not pose a threat to the community. As long as this business is in compliance with local and state law to operate as they are it should be allowed to operate.
