Dixie and Joe are wonderful people and have the best seafood. It will be an absolutely sad day in Spotsylvania if they are forced to close their business down. We love Dixie Joe's crab shack!!!!!!!!

They are running a legal and legitimate business after following all protocols. It is unfair to take this from them after so many years.

We LOVE Dixie Joe’s Crab Shack, it’s the only decent crab place IN THE AREA. The family is WONDERFUL, and have taken so many precautions, to ensure that the surrounding neighbors aren’t affected by their customers: Speed Limit of 5mph Signs, no parking in certain areas, no driving neighbors driveway signs, no pets outside of their vehicle signs. They’re the nicest people, and run a great business, with great food. It would be VERY disheartening if a complaint from ONE neighbor (everyone goes through trouble with their neighbors, at some point) is going to ruin this family’s business, and ruin the area’s chance for great crabs, in the summer time.

They’ve done everything they could for this business to do it legally. It shouldn’t be shut down because of one persons complaint.

This business should be permitted to continue in their current location. I drive up and down Partlow Road often, and there has never been an issue with traffic or cars turning unto the driveway. Cars stay on the driveway and are respectful of the signage asking to proceed slowly. This is an established business and should remain in business at their current location

We are out of towners. We camp at Indian Acres Club of Thornburg. When we come for weekends or holidays, we look forward to our crabs from Dixie Joe's. They greet us with a smile and always have the best crabs.

I don't eat seafood, but I know so many people in the area who practically live here and would be so upset and disappointed if they had to move or close.
