I use to live in VA & now am in OH . I loo forward to summer with my family at IACT couldn’t imagine not getting crabs while being at camp. Good Luck!! Hopefully we will be enjoying crabs

Close to home, Lake Anna resident!! NOTHING else OUT THERE to even choose from, let Dixie Joes remain in this location! Great service, great prices & CLOSE TO HOME

They have been un business for years and have done everything that was asked of them. Now just because one neighbor has a beef with them it's a problem. It's not like this is a year round business it is only for a couple months. If the neighbor hates it that much why doesn't he move

Dixie joes has been one of my go to restaurants in spotsylvania, it’s the only seafood restaurant worth my money, so please don’t let them take this away, it’s the only seafood restaurant in a 20-30 mile radius of me and the community. They do so much for th community we can’t just turn our backs to them. We need them

Been in business for years and never once had a problem. Just because someone makes a complaint; that should not be grounds for rezoning and trying to take away something someone’s hard earned money, time, blood, sweat, and tears went into.
