Local businesses already struggle to be profitable. Revoking permission granted in the past because of one complaint is ridiculous. This sets an unfortunate precedence for those wishing to target anyone, knowing it is so easy to shut down a business.

I think it is awful that these kind people did everything legally by the book to open their business & you would take that away from them. That is unethical & unfair. No wonder small business is becoming a thing of the past. I really hope that you will reevaluate this & allow them to continue running the business they put their blood sweat & tears into as well as financially. Please don't devastate this family this way....
