This is so wrong in so many ways. Did everything right and after operating legally for seven years, the rug is being yanked out from under them because of a complaint from a neighbor?! Small businesses are being run out of business these days because of unfair rulings like this. Once again, the minority is winning over the majority. SAVE DIXIE JOE's!

Small business are the heart of the community. These people followed all the rules and successfully ran a business and the rules shouldn't be changed mid way.

You cannot approve a business operation then 7 yrs later, unapprove it. It is grandfathered in by the orginal approval by the county
