How are u able to reopen your case if u lost parenatal rights (TRP).15 days to appeal?the appeal's court upheld the trp, all the info I've been told nothing more can be done. Is this because your children are not adopted,and or in foster care? Please E-Mail me back , juevinille courts and the system is so ""IF THE ENDS JUSTIFY THE MEANS"not on a set, of rules and guidelines. But on the "Best Intrest" all that means is "what ever serves the people that run this sysyem's best interest.Not even the most experienced lawyer's could'nt perdict,even the most simplest case. Keep ur head up,I'm so.pleased to see u as a mother did'nt submit to th BS . If u are successful, you'r case could open the gates to another secret path to retore ur family,dwpite

i am going thru the same thing, i write to my state senate congerss and all, i will never stop fighting against evil. i will fight for my kids and others is about time that our voices shall be hurt till then no time to waite we are at war.

A lot of parents are innocent, but yes, there are bad ones out there. Please, give this lady a chance! A child should never be taken from their parent if there is no physical or mental abuse signs shown! We all deserve a chance!

Never ever trust CASA/CPS/DCF. They do not care about food, shelter, clothing, a need to belong to family not a need to exist. All they care about is seizing your children for job security, justify their existance and advancment. Most of them have no children yet will judge you for having yours.
