I bought an item on Ebay, and paid £500 through PayPal, it has been three weeks I still have not received my order. Therefore I contacted PayPal opened a case and explained the situation that i did not receive my order. PayPal looked into the matter for a little bit and later responded to me by stating that the money is lost and cannot be re-funded. They have closed the case and refused to help on this issue. I am really shocked because I was supposed to be protected when paying for goods through PayPal, in this case PayPal have not kept that promise. Please help me get my money from them.
