This shouldn’t even be an issue in the first place , no one should have to repeat a year because of lack of physical exercise. And PE is an easy class to make up anyways.

Although PE is important, it shouldn't serve as the sole factor in determining a student's expulsion, especially in a demanding field such as medicine. Also especially when the student is willing to make up for the sessions missed.
