Bizarre that despite several members of this family already having been murdered for being Christian, that the home office can still say there's no grounds for asylum...and send them back to more persecution and what sounds like most likely death...what else is grounds for asylum if this isn't?

Such a strange decision from our government especially considering who they make no effort to extradite.

It boggles my mind that some people can deny that these people are what “asylum” was created for.

How can they send the Baksh family back to Pakistan to be murdered? They would be complicit in the murder if they send him back. Show mercy!

What is the Asylum system for if not for people such as these?

This case is clearly one where the asylum seekers are genuinely in danger if they return to Pakistan. Please grant them the asylum and protection they seek.

We cannot turn our backs on brothers and sisters being persecuted

A clearer case for asylum could not be made. The decision makers must have some empathy.

You let in thousands of Muslims every year, who are not fleeing for their lives and will never integrate into your culture and yet you deny one Christian family who will otherwise probably be killed, and will make excellent citizens. What is wrong with this picture. Have you lost total touch with reality and the people of Britain?

It's time our Government realised the persecution of Christians around the world

How could it be clearer that tbis man is being sent to his death? This contradicts every humanitarian principle of asylum. This is utterly unacceptable decision making. Far worse even than Windrush. At least they didn't die. What defence could the government offer if he were killed like many of his relatives have been already. Should not even be in question.
