In case of device or system malfunction, the standard non electronic request for player changing is allowed. But the referee was deliberately playing dumb and didn't let Thai team change it's defense tactic causing us to loose point while we were in the lead. And this leaded to us questioning this referee which him then deducted us 2 more points accusing we delaying the match.
