Please give a legit explanation why team Thailand lost two points and does not allow substitutions so many times

Need a reasonable explanation for 2 red cards given to Thai Team which was cause by a broken tablet system.

What a great match the result of which pivoted on the points lost through the red cards. Such a disappointing end and if the tech fails the referees should easily change to manual and verbal exchanges without resorting to red card point deductions and spoiling the match. AN EXPLAINATION IS DEFINATLY NEEDED. FIVA NEED TO CLARIFY.

we want some Help from FIVB Clearly that the women volleyball olympic qualification 2016 match between Thailand vs. Japan was not a clean game. This is not about questioning the ability of the Japanese team but the transparency of referee's judgement behind the Japanese host. I believe that FIVB, as an international volleyball federation should take immediate action to investigate the case in order to prove an innocence of the referee as well as a spirit of the organizing committee under this match.

The winning must be fair, and must be from the skill and team work of the players. Not with the help of technology or other persons outside the team.

Do the right thing. For gods sake.
