Not enough is being done about this. If a human family member is kidnapped its a crime so why are pets treated any different? they too are family. its wrong to ignore it.

far too many dogs are stolen on a daily basis, police don't seem to take this serious. a pet is a family member and to those that have lost a dog or cat it's like losing a family member. if these thefts were made public as far and wide then these animals would be too hot to.handle. and these mindless thieves might think twice before taking another one.
