The stealing of animals is getting out of hand and it needs to stop. It is ruining peoples lives and yet nothing is done about it. At some point (possibly already happened) someone is going to die either by being attacked for their dog or by becoming so ill from losing their pet. Just cannot understand how the authorities are allowing this to happen. The Police etc have their contacts and will have a damn good idea who could be responsible for this in various areas.

laws need to be changed for kidnapping and selling a beloved pet! This should carry minimum sentences! I'm sick to death of seeing innocent animal be ripped from their loving safe environment and thrown into the pits of hell by disgusting excuses for human beings! You couldn't steal someone's baby and flog it so why is it so acceptable to steal someone's fur baby and flog it!!!!!!!!!!

laws need to be changed for kidnapping and selling a beloved pet! This should carry minimum sentences! I'm sick to death of seeing innocent animal be ripped from their loving safe environment and thrown into the pits of hell by disgusting excuses for human beings! You couldn't steal someone's baby and flog it so why is it so acceptable to steal someone's fur baby and flog it!!!!!!!!!!

I really hope that this petition will make headlines in the media then someone somewhere will see it & no where Murphy is & report the person that has him so he can at last be reunited with his family,.

These dog thieves are compassionless,Subhumans,and yes,more media coverage is needed to highlight how prolific this problem is.As stated before,The elderly who dote on their pets,are possibly not as socially aware of this growing scourge...These heartless bastards need stamping out.
