- people traveling south need to be welcomed too.
- this landmark is at the turn to our biggest treasure, Barkerville.
- we many artists that have done Quesnel proud and other towns proud with their monuments and paintings. Hire them to build a new south landmark monument in the park.
- be proud of the graffiti and train yard. The artwork there is raw and amazing and those rails are part of Quesnel's history. Put down the soy based latte and give your head a shake.

The gold pan should stay it’s our history and our land mark, we are the gold pan city and nothing will ever change that. There are other things that the money can go to not moving that pan and changing our name to “it’s in our nature” with a new sign!
No thank you!

I think the Gold pan should remain where it is. Quesnel is the Gateway to Barkerville. For tourism that is the perfect spot for it

Keep the gold pan where it is. It is the gateway to barkerville and quesnel. Put something new where they want it to go or work on getting the veterans honored posters put up instead.
